THE INTERIORS
A villa for the Exclusive Use of guests up to 12 people. The two storey structure consists of: living room, reading room, large kitchen, 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, and a terrace, for an over 300 square meters area.
Ground floor. The large and welcoming entrance opens onto the main loggia of the house and leads, on the right, to a reading room with library and study corner, on the left, to the main hall, furnished in the typical style of the Tuscan tradition.
It continues to the large and welcoming kitchen, well equipped, with dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, electric oven, microwave oven, filter coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle, and characterized by the large rustic table and the imposing fireplace.
On the ground floor there is 1 bathroom with toilet, sink and shower. The kitchen leads from a rear exit to the outdoor area with a veranda set with table and chairs, including a barbecue, for outdoor dining.
First floor. A large stone staircase leads to the sleeping area on the first floor, towards a double bedroom and balcony – overlooking the hill and swimming pool – located in front of the stairs. From there, two corridors lead off to the north and south wings: the first with 2 double bedrooms and a bathroom, the second with a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a bathroom. Both bathrooms are complete with toilet, bidet, sink and shower. The rooms are fully furnished in traditional Tuscan style and equipped with blankets, sheets and towels.
THE GARDEN
The garden among the green Tuscan hills is a place of rare beauty and harmony, which enchants with its intimate and refined atmosphere. Villa Orsini is surrounded by over 3,500 square meters of gardens nestled in laurel hedges and rich in secular firs and holm oaks that make its parks among the most luxuriant in the area, and immersed in a splendid and characteristic natural context. Under a centuries-old holm oak, stone benches and tables to sit down and enjoy the beauty of the garden, while on the opposite side a barbecue with an adjoining pergola with tables and chairs offer the opportunity to have relaxing moments, enjoying a glass of wine and the delicacies of Tuscan cuisine. The large garden facing west, characterized by a view of the olive groves of the surrounding hills, houses the equipped swimming pool, with umbrellas and deck chairs available to guests for outdoor relax. A place where you can rediscover the value of nature and simplicity, and fully enjoy the beauty that Tuscany can offer.
THE SWIMMING POOL
The deep blue swimming pool, surrounded by flooring, creates a wonderful contrast with the surrounding greenery.
Around the pool, comfortable deck chairs to sunbathe and enjoy the peace and tranquillity of this magical place. In the distance, the village of Peccioli and the rolling hills are silhouetted against the blue sky, creating a breath-taking view.
The swimming pool immersed in nature between the oleanders and the Tuscan hills is an ideal place to relax and regenerate, away from the stress of everyday life. THE BREAD OVEN
The outdoor bread oven represents a centuries-old tradition of Tuscan culture, which is still handed down from generation to generation. The scent of freshly baked bread, the crunchy crust and the soft and fragrant crumb are the symbol of a simple and genuine past, which still lives in the hearts and palates of the inhabitants of the area.
